Civic Street Open Days
With our partners Bike For Good and Glasgow Tool Library
Join us on the first Saturday every month for an open day at Civic Street to volunteer, participate and drop-in to workshops, events, talks and collective making. Taking the site as a commons, a resource to be shared, we ask you to get involved in activating the area through building, planting, growing, cooking and play. We will offer different levels of engagement through these hosted activities – allowing you to get as involved as you choose. In return we will give you the time and space to learn new skills, connect with the site and meet new people. Through this process of cooperation with each other and the ecology of the street we hope to create a hub of collaboration, community and democratic exchange which will shape the development of the site into the future.
